I don't know who these Jackwagons think they are fooling. I'm a Navy guy and I can see how desperate the Russians must be to do something like this.

The moment these tanks face something more than a swarm of hobby shop drones they are going to get waxed. Buttondowned tankers are blind enough as it is. These things are veritable black holes for visibility out. They are the brass band of stealthy.

That the Russians can't handle the Ukrainian drone swarms shows just how far the once vaunted Russian EW capability has fallen. It's not that hard to jam the control channel of these cheap drones. This is why I'm not worried about claims of massive swarms of Russian or Chinese drones on the battlefield or at sea.

It looks like some of the turtle tanks may have EW jammers mounted

A big problem (as I see it) is that neither the Russians nor the Ukrainians have any concept of “combined arms” - using your infantry and armor synchronized with your artillery and CAS.

All I have seen so far is a single tank or APC (or a small column of tanks) making an advance down a road and getting the crap knocked out of them. Tanks without infantry support are targets, infantry without armor support are softer targets.

We gave Ukraine 31 M-1 tanks, so far they have lost 6 in piecemeal fashion, one at a time.

The future of the tank is something like the Bradley IFV.
A multipurpose gun combined with missiles and/or drones.
On board infantry firing from firing ports or dismounting for close in defense.
Fast, cheap, and relatively small and light.
Intended to lose a certain percentage during armored assaults but be too numerous to have the charge stopped by losing a few.

Maybe add the turtle shell on top of it.

It looks like the Russians waited for NATO to throw every kind of better artillary and missiles at them, and when the West's 'donations' got older and less useful, it was time for the Turtle, not before. If NATO ponies up actual significant modern aircraft and missile capability, I can't see them using Turtles.
