Regarding finding a PDF of the FBI report of Plasmic Echo, I searched keywords and titles here on FR to no avail. You'd think someone on FR would have found it by now. I used to have an account to download court documents but lost that when I retired.

Try this (ref Trump document raid, evidence, etc.)

I just started going through this. It all scanned court documents in evidence, so nothing is "searchable".
