Didn't I ping you on that from a Julie Kelly X posting. Fed Judge Cannon somehow got Jack Smith's redacted documents UNredacted.
I posted last summer how hard Jack Smith worked to not get Judge Cannon assigned to his prosecution - a true low life trickster. He and Judge Cannon have been clashing swords from the start.
I still don't understand why Judge Cannon has to allow Smith to work from a grand jury in D.C. - an obvious trick to sneak things by the judge - like these (previously redacted) documents. Jack Smith can actually make Snydley Whiplash look like a Sunday school teacher.
I am fairly certain that there is a case before SCOTUS to determine if Smith was illegally appointed as Special Counsel. His position is Constitutionally equal to AG thus he must be approved by the Senate. All the lawfare against Donald Trump stinks of 'Rat infested garbage -- garbage which they can force Trump to slog through as if their stench might cling to him. Smith was basically kicked out of Europe and the International Criminal Court when found to likely be blackmailing some of his investigative targets.
