On the TV and radio discussion call-in show Called To Communion Dr.David Anders was asked: “If a Pope’s health declines due to a medical or mental condition in which others conclude he is not able to carry out his duties, is there a group at the Vatican that can have him step down if he doesn’t want to?”
Dr.Anders: “No.”

I’ve been telling that very fact to the anti-pope Roman Catholics on these forums....there simply isn’t a way to legally remove their pope per Roman Catholic canon law.
