One more thing ... if activity exhausts you, which it sounds like it does, maybe you have another condition that occurs with long COVID/vax ... iliac vein collapse. It keeps the blood from returning properly to be re-oxygenated. Athletes who could run, exercise, etc. all of a sudden can’t do anything & suffer after they do try activity.
The doctor who is treating this situation, more or less ‘discovered’ it, is Dr. Jordan Vaughan. Here is a podcast with Sharyl Atkisson that may shed some light:
Here is the link to Dr. Vaughan’s clinic:

Remote care for out of state patients is available.
It sounds to me like you have a very complex variety of long COVID & that to improve, you need to get care from someone like Dr. Vaughan (or Kory). You also could have a thrombotic condition.
Again, best wishes ~Q
I’ve heard of that, but my insurance won’t cover something like that, and my doctor certainly won’t recommend me there for treatment. For the time being I need to stay put at my current location, but I can manage since I am retired. However, once my disability claims all play out and I’m no longer tied to this area “medically” then I plan on searching out companies like this. Thanks for the advice.
