I’ve seen smaller pieces of fabric covering machine tools on flatbed semi-trailers.
Billary’s getup reminds me of what Marlon Brando wore. Find some fabric, cut a hole in the middle for the head, and drape it over the body. There is also something about ‘the tourist that ate Pago Pago’ I believe that is from PJ Rourke.
