House votes 69-29 for Rep. Jay Galle bill saying driver can't be sued for causing injury, death, damage by driving into a crowd illegally blocking roadway if the driver feels "in immediate danger of imminent death, bodily injury or serious bodily harm.

Yep, good point- like they did with George Zimmerman who was found innocent, but then charged by the feds- not sure if he was convicted though in that?
Most of the South (dem controlled areas excluded) still believes in and supports the rule of law. The growing problem for the South now is the idiots who supported the idiots running the cesspools they’re fleeing from are coming to the South in droves. If history shows us anything it’s that these idiots are not so much refugees as they are spreaders of the leftist plague. They never learn from failure, they just keep repeating it.
For people who may be wondering what to do in these cases - basically wait until one of our car windows is cracked, then quickly skedaddle. If they’re just banging on the car, a Blue-territory pig may claim that you’re not endangered, but instead it was just property damage, but if a window gets broken, then you’re claim of being endangered is much harder to refute.
And don’t forget, since these ‘protests’ are almost always directed by the feds, they will always have drones flying, so try to get that footage from too, if you’re in a legal battle.
If notHing else, this empowers the innocent drivers by enabling them to escape trouble, and th3 perps will think twice before mobbing vehicles - hopefully cutting way down on threatening situations for the public.

A lot of Federal Tax Payers DOLLARS are used within the
various states borders. Political issues abound, imo.
I suppose that the most likely to be victims of this law would be the conservative traditionalists and the perpetrators would be mostly liberal in the sense that the latter’s motivation is hatred of those who do not think like them.
A commonsense law that should be universal in the United States.
We are a HAIR’S width away from pulling up lock stock and barrel (upstate NY) Louisiana or Mississippi is looking better and better every day.
