I very much doubt the majority of her followers are progressive. An if that were true, her endorsement wouldn't mean much.

Many of her followers are too young to vote, and don't even have many political beliefs.

There is a conservative YouTuber who speaks eloquently on the issues, who is a big Taylor Swift fan.

The majority like her for her music, and maybe her performance and fashion, but they don't even think about politics.
