This sounds both like the Ukes are doing better and the Russians are doing worse that posters here had led us to believe. With enough cash soon and lots more ammo and weapons coming, including the F16s, maybe the Ukes can turn the tide.
If only the ukes could put Western thermobaric fuel-air bombs on longer range missiles they could really wreak havoc behind Russias lines. I bet the West could help them with that.
