Food is disgusting. Life is disgusting.
Yikes!
Just chucked a bottle of B`12 away... “Nature Made” brand...
It states that it is made from cyanocobalamin...
Looks like a good B vitamin source.
Brand/name, please ;-)
Nature Made is generally not very high quality.
:-(
They are out of it right now, unfortunately.
My wife’s hair color really is coming back after being white for the past five years. Hair follicles keep producing pigment, but they also start producing hydrogen peroxide that bleaches it out. The B vitamins must interfere with hydrogen peroxide production.
Since I wanted to try it myself, I purchased the supplements below until it gets back in stock. The substitutes give about the same or more of B6, B9 and B12.

Thanks!! Will have to do a deeper dive, when I’m on laptop, later.
Appreciate the link(s).
Ok, so you trust the Chinese to purify the stuff?
Glad you agree. Getting more negative flak than I thought.
Thanks. Just trying to be informative. It’s been a good many years since I’ve looked into what the pharma industry is saying is safe, and more importantly what they are not saying. Cyanocobalamin derived from sewage might be perfectly safe, BUT.. consider the source. Can we trust those who want nothing better than to take us over?
OK. Methylcobalamin is the way to go from what I’ve read.
So, I guess you trust the Chinese to make your daily fix? Try methylcobalamin it’s better. Obviously you didn’t read what I wrote. B12 is great stuff if it’s made cleanly.
“If you don’t mind, I’d like to know the brand of that specific B vitamin supplement, it has a much higher level of B9 than others I’ve seen.”

Sounds a bit unwound if you ask me.
people that speak the truth are ALWAYS part of a remnant :)
Oh, that’s just great if everything works correctly. Milorganite is made in many places, but China produces 2/3 of cyanocobalamin used to synthesize B12. Methylcobalamin is generally considered safer, and better.

NO.
I’ve used this and confirmed it works via blood tests every 3 months(added B12 test to my usual CBC, lipids, etc).
