The 1st Lady of Mexico probably has as much Spanish European DNA as myself and most other Hispanics do, unless they were born 200+ years ago-which is doubtful-so this stuff is not a big part of our cultural heritage-a 400-500 year old piece of jewelry brought from Spain has more cultural heritage. Most of us are mestizos-mostly Spanish DNA with some Native American DNA from one or more tribes-and the percentage of that Native DNA has gotten smaller over about 5 centuries.
