A brilliant meme and Time has to call it bizarre because they can’t bring themselves to say how smart it is.
Trump’s behavior is “bizarre”.
It’s not normal behavior like an Assistant Secretary of Health dressing like woman even though they are an old man.
It’s not normal behavior like a Transportation Secretary and his friend buying infant children together.
It’s not normal behavior like mumbling and trailing off mid-sentence or sniffing children’s hair.
