If the Dems are smart, they won’t get in the way of such crackdowns prior to November; they can even get the media to convince the public it was their idea in the first place. After the election, if they’re still in power, then they can go back to fostering juvenile and other violence.

East Saint Louis (across the river in Illinois) is a known-bad locale. This looks to be an eastern suburb of that.
