Well, if it’s anything like Melrose Blvd, it’s dying. We were on Melrose a few weeks ago. Not only are the stores boarded up, it’s dangerous on the streets. An abandoned industrial setting like out of a movie. I said we are not getting out of the car. The streets are mostly bare except for shady characters and so many stores closed.
We drove by Beverly Hills but not through it. That youtube poster has no agenda. He loves California and has over 100,000 subscribers. He’s honest and follows the beach areas mostly I think. The clean ups, etc. It’s not conservative click bait.

I agree with you...Rich people still live in BH...Apartment rent in BH is very high...
Homeless people do not set up tents in Beverly Hills...Beverly Hills cops do not let homeless camping to take place...Unlike LAPD...
