Good point. Yet, I can’t stop myself from wondering if the birds at the TX egg facility actually had any disease at all. Is it safe to trust what “authority figures” say about anything these days?
I realize that probably sounded paranoid. But for some reason, my natural skepticism has become hard-wired, and I just can’t help it.
The poultry farmers should test the birds themselves and not trust strangers to do it. Have they learned nothing in the last six years?
