Looks like some kind of backroom deal was made. Trump wasn’t permitted a functioning Attorney General. Barr was taken on as Attorney General to replace compromised Jeff Sessions and quicky end the Russia hoax investigation and then ignore election malfeasance as payment in kind.
not just ignore...as a bonus Barr killed all the election fraud investigations at the fed level...
