If it comes back, try finding a chiropractor that provides decompression. I had 3 half hour sessions per week for a total of 22 sessions 16 years ago. Back issues that I had for 30 years went away. It was expensive as insurance did not pay anything though they may now. They should as the results are significantly more successful than surgery.

Same story for me, 19 year ago. Any slight indications of sciatica since were cured by a couple decompression sessions. No problems since I got the Teeter Hang-up several years ago.
Be careful with eye health with inversion table. Was just chatting with my eye doc about glaucoma and inversion tables.
