Yes, the scripture does but we are allowed to JUDGE if we are not guilty of the same thing...that’s how I’ve always viewed it...Kind of like “not throwing stones at glass houses”, isn’t it?
As I understand it, Judge not means not to judge the state of the soul of the person. Obviously we have to judge their actions.
