This is a nice breakfast sandwich......fancier than avocado toast.....
but easy to stack when you're itching to get out into the garden.
I strongly suggest Pepperidge Farm 7-grain bread.....its delicious.
Just layer ripe avocado, eggs cooked your way, thin-sliced ham, your favorite greens,
some mayo. I add red pepper relish for heat. Make a triple decker if you're hungry.
Hmmm… that’s a mystery to me. I have chickadees, but only at my feeder. Got a bit of good news. For the past half hour I have been observing lots of activity at the nest box by a pair of chickadees. Not sure what they're doing, but it looks like the male may be trying to enlarge the entrance hole.
Hopefully they will settle in........Maybe I should reduce the rent?....LOL!
