I like Creamed Corn
(not every day but... once in awhile)
Corn Bake:
1/4 cup flour
16 oz. can cream style corn
16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1 - 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. onion salt
2 oz. swiss cheese
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
3 tbs. butter
Mix all ingredients well. pour into 9 x 13" dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. You can make this the day before and refrigerate, until ready to use.
Optional: Let set out for 30 minutes before serving.
Clark, you wanna load me with some more of that creamed corn. It is goooooood.
