Thanks. I had the Watchman in 2022 followed by ablation surgery in early 2023. Don’t have a loop monitor but do use the Apple Watch and a Kardia regularly to check. When I went to the hospital in AFib and they found sepsis, there was a lot of other things going on that in retrospect seem to have been triggered by low oxygen levels at night because my oxygen concentrator that I was using with my CPAP had been failing for a while. A month later figured out that problem, went from over 30 apneas per hour to under 5 as soon as it was replaced.
