No. The government used 9/11 to scare people into supporting the creation of the department and the invasion of Iraq. Most people on this site supported it.

I thought Russ Feingold(D) in the Senate was the only vote against. He was my Senator. At any rate, I am curious how he thinks about it today. Would he change his vote, or would he still be against? I really would like to ask him that.
