Wife and I had our two Covid vaccine shots Jan & Feb 2021. We are now early 70s.

We had Type A flu (confirmed by blood tests) just before Christmas 2023. No real issue. Wife was dizzy for about a day, which is why we got tested. We ran a slight fever for maybe 24 hours, no nausea, and were pretty much over the flu after 4 days.

Hard to see how we could have sailed thru Type A if our immune systems were not working.

Type A is worse than Type B, and no I don’t want to have it again.

It’s just difficult to imagine not having more problems if we had compromised immune systems.

Oops, in #16, meant to say we also had the Covid booster about 10 months after initial shots. No issue after any of the shots, except I think they were using a square needle.
