Religious leaders in Boston have demanded 'white churches' give millions of dollars in reparations to the city's black community.
The activist clergy also called on them to back a push for the City of Boston to pay $15 billion in reparations for its historical role in the slave trade.
The event at Resurrection Lutheran Church was organized by the Boston People's Reparations Commission, which made the $15 billion demand.

In this Lenten time, one recalls the "be on us and our children" was applied for some centuries not to a small group but to an entire people. Justifying much evil. How many generations are we from slavery here in the US?

There were 360,222 Union deaths from the Civil War. Union surgeons performed just under 30,000 amputations during the war, although the actual number was almost certainly higher. Roughly 75 percent (22,500) of the patients survived these operations and returned to civilian life missing one or more limbs or other body parts. How much reparations for the loss of life and the handicapped warriors?
How about we pay for their trip to Africa, where they belong?

Those so-called “religious leaders” are only concerned about the surge in 10% tithe money going into the collection plate.
