JFK would also dazzle. But he was hopelessly equivocal and had no clue what he stood for other than politics and government. Teddy’s debauchery, corruption, and treason was a picture of what the end result of JFK would have been had he stuck around.

I used to have the same outlook as you, he’s an evil dem, he’s a good guy pubbie. They’re Team D and Team R of the Uniparty. I remember the era portrayed in that ad. Since then, America has been sailed down the river to hell while half the time having Uniparty (R) presidents and congressional majorities. Reagan is the exception. RR was in and getting things done before the Uniparty (R) figured out how to stop him. DJT believed and talked a good game but was a babe in the Uniparty (R) woods. McConnell, Ryan and McCarthy took out Trump’s knees. That’s why today, there’s nothing left of Trump’s executive order “accomplishments”. I’m banking on the hope that Trump’s eyes are wide open this time.
Remember those “anti climate change” and “pro 2nd Amendment” pubbie congressional majorities and presidents we’ve elected? Well, what the heck happened to those pubbie promises? Even though I’m a registered pubbie, I no longer play their Uniparty game.
I go to bed each election night knowing that in at least one precinct in this country, we had a legit election. I know that because I’m working the polls and eyeballing everything. Funny thing, a registered independent is not allowed to participate working the polls. That law makes the independent mind wonder what its purpose is?
