How about you go beyond the wiki entry on asymmetric warfare ? Each year thousands of people in the US military complete the asymmetric warfare courses, do you think they teach them to murder civilians there ?

In case of Ukraine, the asymmetric warfare include the naval drones (which allowed a country without the navy to decimate the Black Sea fleet) the aerial drones striking rus refineries and all sort of "behind the enemy lines" operations.

If you believe that CIA/Ukraine prepared the concert terrorist attack and a "proof" is something Nuland said weeks ago then how about you go and check what she actually said - nasty surprises on the battlefield.
But why to bother, if some "well informed blogger" with Russsian accent is tweeting "CIA did it!" I will just spread it around because I don't like Biden. Unbelievable.
