The workplace is not that complicated.
There are two kinds of men in the eyes of women in the workplace:
—Hot
—Creepy
Hot men have nothing to worry about.
Creepy men are guilty of sexual harassment if they either look at or speak to women.
In my workplace we had one homely looking woman get two guys fired in short order for “being creepy”. Then she herself quit a short time later. Good riddance.
