Basically a typo by the real estate agent. The agent mistakenly transposed 3 floors for a total of 10,000 sq ft to 3 floors at 10000 sq ft for a total of 30,000 sq ft.
This error was discovered and corrected for the banks in a matter of days after submittal.
Would someone tell me what happens to the buildings owners investment when buildings are seized by the state of NY? There are a number of buildings eyed by the state that have mortgages on them and where there are multiple investors. Are the SOL?
Imagine if James had followed NYS law and had a jury trial. This evidence would all have been entered. There was no trial, only a declaration of guilt by the judge and a sentencing hearing.
