My mobile phone is T-Mobile and they appear to be flagging VOIP numbers as scams so that helps. Every time I get these calls I look the number up and find an matching Indian recruiter using the number.

When I get a call that is not identified as a scam, and the caller is Indian, I ask them if they are in India. They are not expecting this, answer Yes, and I ask them to have someone in the US call me. Rarely, but sometimes, I get a follow-up call from the US.

I was getting more than a dozen calls a day for Medicare.
