imo, the big boys are not liquidating their positions entirely.
I can’t blame anybody for trimming their positions while the markets are making new ATHs almost everyday.
unlike many broke d!<k career pols who come to DC who’ve never had a real job, but have become multi mllionaires off the gummit teat.....tubby had to have a pretty good nest egg build up from his successful career as a coach.
he may have a sharp agent or money manager handling his portfolio?
otoh, pols should not be able to trade off their insider info on any stocks, imo. maybe set up blind trusts while in office?

eg: brandon, nanner, di fi chi spy; mad maxine; clintonistas; the bern; warner; fauxahontis; hussein
PS: they should all be put on social security, medicare with medipak & 401Ks while they’re in office & cut off the lifetime pay & benefit package gravy train they’re all on now
