I disagree that the Constitution supports a state’s right to cheat in any elections.
A4S4 says the feds shall guarantee each state a republican form of government, and rigged elections are a dictatorship.

Whew - I certainly didn’t mean the Constitution allows or supports election fraud! I don’t have time right now to look into exactly what it says about states and elections.

I was responding to this:

That implies that the feds can only act against election fraud in federal elections.

It is true that for most matters the states hold power over their own elections, but cheating triggers Article 4 Section 4.
