There's nothing funny about women being cancelled from fitness gyms for complaining about men in the women's changing rooms, but JP's latest video (7 minutes) tricked me into chuckling and sometimes laughing at the absurdity.
JP's deadpan delivery of wacky lines in this video gave me whiplash. At one point he quickly explains how sharing a changing room with sexual predators triggers your fight or flight response, giving you a good cardio workout for days, months or years depending on the extent of the trauma.
