The part about the 55515 makes me think that all those fake 555 phone numbers on TV and in movies is some kind of spell. Sleep pleb, sleep.
Very bizarre.
Bizarre because it is reminiscent of a traditional yoga practice called yoga nidra. Also brings to mind something I read years ago, someone went to India and saw KGB (olden days) trying to figure out what was going on with yogis in trance, even hooking up wires to them etc.

In 2003, this excerpt from a document titled “The Gateway Intermediate Workbook” (1977) was released by the CIA, exposing techniques that alter states of consciousness, shift the energetic biofield, and stimulate spontaneous healing.

Of particular interest to me is the code 55515 which is supposed to diminish pain signals. Seeing this code immediately made me think of the Grabovoi codes, based on the radionic theory and the numeric signatures ascribed to electromagnetic field activity.
