I haven’t eaten cereal in years. We don’t even stock it in the house anymore.

No grains at all in my house anymore. Cutting out all alcohol, sugar, grains and seed oils ended my arthritis pain and horrible, disgusting, painful and messy psoriasis rashes once and for all. NO MEDICINES. Just food.

Add in a little exercise and my bio-clock has rolled back fifteen years.

Hippocrates was right. Who knew?
