I think you nailed it— a “newcomer”, who had no clue that what he saw here is supposed to be made acceptable immediately upon arrival, simply because it is present.
I deduced from his reaction that what he saw here is the reverse on greater FR. A spam complaint may get swift action when the complaint is deemed valid, as FR defines it.
Regardless, he was immediately told to “... get the hell out”. He certainly did that.

A newcomer should assume anything he sees is standard operating procedure and keep his mouth shut until he gets acclimatized.
If it was a transgression he should leave it to the regulars to call out.
What he should never do, even if he speaks up with his opinion, is issue orders, he can politely make a request.
And this is not the first time we’ve had a troll drop in just to attack Foldspace and not contribute anything else.
