In a 6-3 Decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that Texas can arrest and return Illegal Immigrants to Mexico – a First! Texas Senate Bill 4, written by my friend, Lt. Governor Dan Patrick, and Senator Charles Perry, can now become Law, while SB 4 works through the Courts for a Final Ruling. It’s interesting that Liberal Texas Speaker Dade Phelan did not vote for SB4, which is one of many reasons I endorsed David Covey to defeat Phelan in the Run-Off. This outrageous “Judgment” simply fails to recognize the COMPLETE VICTORY last year on the Statute of Limitations. The Crooked Judge and Biased Attorney General disregard the Appellate Court ruling, which makes clear that most of the claims fall outside the Statute of Limitations, and none of their absurd arguments change that fact. Biased, Crooked, and Incompetent Judge Engoron, who should NEVER have presided over this case (It should have gone to the Commercial Division, but really, should not have been filed at all!), completely ignored the fact I ALREADY WON most of this case in Appeal. But they do not care about the Law, the facts, or anything, but tying up my money and Property. This case should be OVER, but instead, the Attorney General wants to abuse her power to steal my money, and Interfere in the Election!!
