I listened to about half of Todd Herman’s show this afternoon on AFR (American Family Radio). His show runs from 1:00 to 2:00 Eastern Time.
He pretty much raked Mike Johnson over the coals for trying to hurriedly push through this spending bill that includes some pretty horrendous items - continued federal funding for abortion, DEI, and LG*T(whatever) funding. During his commentary, he made the statement, “I fully believe Speaker Johnson has faith in Jesus Christ, but right now, I don’t think he trusts him. I do believe I have also been guilty of this.”
I suspect similar sentiments from MTG and other conservatives stem from the same types of thoughts.
