Stay far away from that ‘sovereign citizen’ stuff.

To attempt it requires a serious education on the law and especially Common Law. If you truly want to be King of your property, there's another education in paperwork and hundreds of hoops to jump through before you can claim "sovereignty". Then, and this is the best part, you'd have to have law enforcement and the courts to recognize that. You'll probably win in the end, but not before they put your azz through the wringer.

And there’s the rub; those two groups will NOT agree with the person doing that ‘sovereign citizen’ process.

That’s why people lose —everything— trying that route.
