Your scenario is interesting; hard to foretell. I don't see it playing out that way. James is already after a golf course/country club. A prestigious target, an object of pride of ownership - no displaced 'tenants', just loss of pride and prestige. Mar-a-Lago very much the same: a real blow to pride and prestige. I know Trump has a handful of these prestigious golfing country clubs.
However, with Mar-a-Lago I see a possible snag for the S0r0s Mafia; Florida protects principle residences from punitive seizure. I don't know if that is a factor in this kind of civil action or not.
I would not think hotels would be very good 'targets', partly for the reasons you mention. Warehouses and the like seem like really low priority targets, depending on location.
