Some people believe there was no phase three clinical trials. That’s how bad the misinformation has become.
Pfizer’s Phase 3 clinical trial began in late July 2020 and the results were published in December 2020:

The trial enrolled 46,331 participants at 153 sites around the world in Argentina, Brazil, Turkey, South Africa and the United States. It showed 95% efficacy for preventing symptomatic COVID.
Moderna’s Phase 3 Clinical Trials:
Nov. 30, 2020— Moderna, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRNA), a biotechnology company pioneering messenger RNA (mRNA) therapeutics and vaccines conducted their Phase 3 study, known as the COVE study. It enrolled more than 30,000 participants in the U.S. and was conducted in collaboration with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), part of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response at the U.S. today announced that the primary efficacy analysis resulted in a vaccine efficacy of 94.1%
You obviously never examined the data or read more than Pfizer's analysis. Pfizer wanted to hide its trial data for 75 YEARS for a reason. The truth isn't pretty.You are running and hiding. I point out devastating information which you ignore and as if speaking to yourself, engage in talking point 'discussions'.
