Yes I’ve heard that in Europe at least it was shown by a paper that 1/3 of the shots were placebo. Probably similar in the US. Also the dosage in the Moderna shots varied by a factor of 10x. So some people might have inadvertently lucked out.

The fact that dosages were not standardized reveals the experimental nature of the program. All vials were tracked by batch numbers to permit subsequent analysis as to which dosages produced what effects. The ghouls used the world and its humanity as their ‘Mengle’ experimental laboratory. Now it appears they may have actually altered God’s Devine Homo sapien race into some other species.
