“if Fanny stays on the case, that means she will need to answer questions regarding not only her indiscretions, lies, and other prosecutorial irregularities.”
Whose questions would she have to answer?
“She will also have to respond to why she went to DC and met with the Biden administration,”
Whom would she be responding TO?
Is there an organization or forum where this will be addressed? It seems like she’s free to do whatever she wants as long as she kicks Wade to the curb in this particular case.
Maybe McAfee was told DC was going to work her over and dump her. Nope. Fanny isn't going to withdraw. If McAfee, so learned in the law, had taken a single moment to read this histrionic autobiography that IS STILL STILL ON FultonCounty.gov, he would know how badly he made the wrong decision.

“From being a very, very little girl until I sit here today, there was never anything I’ve ever wanted to do but practice law or sit on the bench,” Fulton County’s newest district attorney (DA) Fani Willis explains. “I always knew that I wanted to be the district attorney, but in my mind, I would never run against the sitting DA… but the cries got louder and louder and louder… and I just took the leap of faith and did what God called me to do.”The new District Attorney Willis decided to take her chances and tend to the needs of her community, explaining that “some of these South Fulton advocates… were really pressing me, like, ‘We’re not being paid attention to, we want to be sure that we’re safe.’” Fani’s unseating of Paul Howard as Fulton County District Attorney has earned her a considerable break as she is now set to be the first woman to service Fulton County as district attorney.
Fani’s African-American HistoryFani has a seemingly proud family background as an African-American woman. As what can now be considered a conscious foreshadowing to her future endeavors, she describes her Swahili name’s intended meaning, saying: “My name is actually Fani (fah-nee), Taifa is my middle name, and my last name is Willis. So, my father was a Black Panther, so he was very Afrocentric… my name is Swahili. Fani actually means ‘prosperous,’ and Taifa means ‘people’.”
Fani celebrates her name’s interpretation as an expressive tip toward the African culture. She explains, regarding the term “prosperous” that “We’re not talking about material things in wealth, we’re talking about that stuff that really matters… I always remember my roots, that I come from a prosperous people, which are African people.”
Trump's lawyers are going to dump new revelations about Fani's gigilo kickback scheme every. single. day, forcing McAfee to reconsider. They had people ready to go the Monday after closing arguments. They have forensic auditors examining the money trail. If some Napa Valley whine steward can say he saw Fani and Wade pay in cash, I can sure as hell find someone in Aruba or that cruise to show they flaunted their credit card and signed everything to their room.
So Wade has resigned. Big whoop. Justice served? Not even close. But typical.
Wade just stepped aside. Goodbye.
The Judge needs to resign himself. He created this ruling out of thin air, and on his desired outcome. Not on the rule of law or the merits of the case. How can he ever render a just decision again. Fulton County has made a mockery of justice. None of this illegal pursuit of Trump, et al, should have ever happened.
I’m calling BS. There are lawyers and judges; and there is justice. The American people need some justice.
This spineless crap-weasel ruling is not justice, in case I wasn’t clear.
She’s STILL under investigation by the GA Senate. What happens when they subpoena those 12,000 text messages and find that she did INDEED perjure herself????
Small victory for Trump but not a big one. Fanni is never going to argue this case in front of a jury, staff will do that so her credibility will not be a huge issue. It was a bad decision. Two liars telling the same lies and the judge lets one of them decide who will take the fall. I am not sure Trump can appeal it before the trial but if he can he should. He should also keep black women off the jury (and white ones too) to the extent possible. Black men under 30 won’t like how this went down and will be more sympathetic towards Trump as a result.
Fanni and Wades legal problems probably have not ended and the judge can forget about ever being raised to the federal bench.
