Same.... my Golden is my new soul mate since my husband passed..
My wife has animal allergies so no pets in our home. However my neighbor has a golden who gets a fair amount of love from me over the fence. She doesn’t seem to be impacted by the doodles.
I don’t have a dog but my kids do. I adore those dogs like they were my own, especially the Bernedoodle. He’s the most affectionate dog I’ve ever come across.
