RUSSIA: Is paying for their own war, and because it's expensive they are raising taxes on their citizens to cover the cost.

UKRAINE: Has no economy or money and is begging for everyone else to pay for their war. The US Democrats, RINOs and NeoCons have so far agreed to do so.
