This judge is either fully corrupt, incompetent, been bribed, or been threatened.He didn't have to be any of the above. He just wimped out because he couldn't handle the pressure of being a good, strong judge.
The good thing is that everyone in the Atlanta legal community now knows he is a spineless pussy. His reputation just went down the toilet.
