I think he’s out no matter what he does, because Fulton County and Presidential election year.
The whole country knows what needs to be done here.
He will not take her off the case or reprimand her.

There is no smoking gun regarding the cash payment. It looks bad, but no proof that she gained anything out of this other than a few trips.
Ethics violations? For sure, and he will refer these to the ethics board.

If they vote him out of office for doing his job correctly then the citizens don’t deserve him. Instead he should pick up and move to another far less corrupted county and run for Judge there. He’ll most likely win.
There is no one running against him and it’s too late to for anyone else to enter....unless a write in candidate runs.
