1. Convict Trump of election interference in October or November, or just before the election.
2. Based on the conviction, members of Congress will refuse to certify the election results if Trump wins.

It won’t be safe to walk the streets to get to work at the capital. It may turn into a real insurrection with “no” tour guides. The people will decide who is treasonous, not the Congress. I really don’t know if CW II breaks out if they don’t certify, but the election is stolen anyway.
All the Dems have to do is to steal the vote in the blue swing states and it’s over.....and they will.
