Yes I do, when my son was in the Navy, he was stationed in upstate NY near Saratoga Springs for a couple years. He would come back here and laugh because he thought it was so strange that it was still daylight at almost 10:30 PM.
A fellow Hoosier. My youngest son is in the Navy now, NAS Jacksonville. I grew up in Lake County and was on central time, so we never had late evening daylight like I do now. Now that I’m in central Indiana (Peru) DST is even more of a pain, and having Long Covid now makes it even worse. It’ll take me 2-3 weeks to adjust.
