Everyone complains twice a year. It's hard to wake up when we switch to Daylight Saving Time! It gets dark too early after we switch back! Etc., etc., etc.
Changing the time twice per year is the best situation to maximize light, depending on the season, and yes, some people can't deal with change. Oh well. Stop being babies.
