As a general rule, if they don’t mention the cause of death then that cause does not fit the narrative. If he had died of, say, cancer, an accident, or answering to “does this dress make me look fat,” it would be in the first paragraph.
The effect of responding to the “does this dress...” is unknown. Since such a question is never asked “in public” all nearby deaths are ruled suicide.
Just ask any male judge presiding over the “unexplained” death hearing: “He wanted to die.”
